SAFARI ITINERARY Overview
Our 3-day Tanzania safari is the perfect adventure for those with limited time who wish to experience three of the most famous national parks in Tanzania. This short but unforgettable journey offers breathtaking wildlife encounters across diverse landscapes—elephants roaming among giant baobab trees in Tarangire, lions resting in the trees of Lake Manyara, and an incredible variety of animals within the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over the course of three days, you’ll explore stunning scenery, witness rich wildlife, and enjoy an authentic taste of Tanzania’s wilderness.
Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Day 01: Arusha - Tarangire
We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 am and drive to Tarangire National Park, a special safari destination in Tanzania. The park is famous for its nine vegetation zones and the iconic ancient Baobab trees, towering above the wildlife. Tarangire’s river is a lifeline, attracting animals such as lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and a wide variety of birds. It is especially known for its large elephant population, offering unique opportunities to watch elephant families interact. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive before heading to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater

Day 02: Ngorongoro Crater
We will start early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for an unforgettable morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning natural wonders on Earth. Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater hosts an incredible density of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and the rare black rhino. After an exciting game drive, we will enjoy a picnic lunch at Hippo Lake, where hippos bask in the water. In the afternoon, continue with a short game drive before ascending the crater walls and returning to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 pm.

Day 03: Farewell
Today marks the conclusion of our unforgettable Tanzania safari adventure with Superior African Safari. After breakfast, we bid farewell to our guides and fellow travelers, cherishing the memories created during our time exploring Tanzania’s majestic landscapes and encountering its incredible wildlife.
